Tyrone Ferguson is a direct metal sculptor with over 4 decades of experience in the art form of manipulating various metals by forging, cutting, grinding, and diverse welding processes. Over the years he has produced a vast body of commissioned work across a spectrum from jewelry to large scale architectural, and public installations. His work is widely recognized, held in the collection of The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas, and in many private collections, locally and internationally. Since 2003, Tyrone has directed many workshops for school students and professional artists, with the primary purpose of sharing his passion and practice - empowering others to begin creative journeys, or expand their repertoire.
